To start, please send an email through our contact page. You can simply ask for a call back by providing your number or you can give us as much information as you’d like. Date of event, type of event, the estimated number of guests …. As we like to engage with our clients, we prefer to discuss what you want, talk about food styles you prefer and any restrictions you may have.

Once we have talked, we stylize a menu/proposal for you. If we decide that we want to work with each other and once a menu/proposal is agreed upon we ask for a deposit based on 50% of the food cost, at that time.

You're welcome to our Greenfield, MA location for a tasting, once the menu is accepted and an agreement has been made.

Changes to your menu can be made at any time, even after signing a contract.

The final guest count is due 10 days prior to your event and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Although we do simple drop off events, we are also a full-service catering company, providing not only the food for your event but also excellent service and help with all the other needs you may have for your event, including but not exclusive to, tenting, “other” rental needs, florists and photographers.
