"We hired Peter and his BASH team for our group 70th birthday party last weekend (four of us turning 70). It was a neighborhood party plus other long-time friends, and included a number of other 1955ers. About 90 of us altogether at an outdoor venue. The group included vegetarians, vegans, lactose intolerants, gluten-frees, meat eaters, artichoke fanatics…in other words, all types of eaters. We could not have had a better partner for the event. He was fun to work with (and very funny!), creative, flexible, efficient, and his team was fantastic. And the food …out of this world. Can’t recommend him highly enough!"

"Peter and the team at BASH Catering are outstanding. Working with each of them was a tremendous pleasure, and I am so grateful for Peter's insight, experience, and patience. In the months leading up to our event, Peter was hands-on and more prepared than I thought anyone could be. He took care of things that I didn't even think of and as someone doing all the planning themselves, it was wonderful to have someone I could trust by my side. We ended up doing brunch for our June wedding and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests have continued to rave about the menu and we are still getting texts about how it was the best wedding food they had ever had. "Bash Catering provided a phenomenal spread for Maja and my 10 year Wedding Anniversary Reception. Peter Hadley was keen to make the event full of memory and flavor. He was able to find areas of flexibility around pallets and price point. Bash Staff was there early in the day to prepare, was professional polite and made a welcome addition to the family focused event. Peter is a force to be reckoned with, pouring his heart and soul into the culinary specialities he presents. With the exquisite flavors of everything else, we had to try the tofu dish (prepared with certain friends and family in mind). Mind you, we don't eat tofu, But we did that day. Our 20 year anniversary is a long way off, but we will be calling on Peter (out of retirement) to concoct the feast. Hopefully he has the date available!"

"When my partner and I started planning our June 2022 wedding, we knew that having delicious food was important to us. When we reached out to Peter, it was his enthusiasm and industry experience which got us on the hook, but it was his commitment to having our meal reflect our values and tastes as a couple which made the experience memorable.

"Our menu limitations didn't phase Peter at all. I have many food intolerances and we wanted our hors d'oeuvres and main reception dinner to be vegetarian. It was a given with him that produce should be fresh and in-season. He ended up basing our buffet menu off of meals that we love to cook at home, but elevated them to a new level.

"Our guests raved about the meal the night of the wedding including a few "this is the best meal I've ever had"s and some happily surprised "I didn't know vegetarian food could be this good"s! “Peter catered our son’s wedding for three hundred guests. It was held on our farm which proved to be a little unusual. He did not have a commercial kitchen to prepare the food but was very creative in the space we provided. He was extremely organized and efficient in the preparation and provided an extraordinary spread of food. He used only the vegetables, herbs, and flowers that were grown on the farm. His presentation was spectacular. We had people from all over the world and they were extremely impressed. His wait staff was very professional and pleasant. His timing was perfect.
