“Peter is a gem. He is filled with joy and is truly an expert at his craft. Our wedding day would not have been the same without him. The food was absolutely fantastic. He was able to take vegetables grown on the property and turn them into a feast worthy of any table, anywhere. His presentation was superb. He heard what we wanted and took it far beyond anything that we could have even imagined. He was also an expert in navigating family drama, which seems to be standard in weddings :). In the end, we could not have asked for a better caterer, nor person to help bring our dream into reality. We recommend Peter without any hesitation.

“Peter catered our son’s wedding for three hundred guests. It was held on our farm which proved to be a little unusual. He did not have a commercial kitchen to prepare the food but was very creative in the space we provided. He was extremely organized and efficient in the preparation and provided an extraordinary spread of food. He used only the vegetables, herbs, and flowers that were grown on the farm. His presentation was spectacular. We had people from all over the world and they were extremely impressed. His wait staff was very professional and pleasant. His timing was perfect.
