“Peter catered our son’s wedding for three hundred guests. It was held on our farm which proved to be a little unusual. He did not have a commercial kitchen to prepare the food but was very creative in the space we provided. He was extremely organized and efficient in the preparation and provided an extraordinary spread of food. He used only the vegetables, herbs, and flowers that were grown on the farm. His presentation was spectacular. We had people from all over the world and they were extremely impressed. His wait staff was very professional and pleasant. His timing was perfect. I would recommend his service without hesitation. He is a wonderful person who is very creative and has a wonderful flair for presentation.”
